CSTAT offers its first ready-to-use mobile form!

CSTAT has always created customized mobile forms and outputs based upon the existing format of our clients or a specific regulatory required form.

For the first time, we embarked on an ambitious mission to create a Phase I ESA Field Inspection Form.

We followed the ASTM E 1527-21 standard (particularly Section 9 - Site Reconnaissance). The checklist is being created so that an environmental consultant can choose options based upon their internal requirements. It can be a simple checklist of the features, activities, uses, and conditions specified in 9.4.1 through 9.4.28 (if observed or not) or can be used to collect all of the data which is sorted into tables (such as petroleum products in connection with identified uses or underground storage tanks). For those environmental consultants that do not utilize a report writing software, these tables can be pushed directly into your report format! There are even citations to the Standard and explanations of what should be identified.
