What sets CSTAT apart?
CSTAT is not a “build your own” form software platform. In fact, just the opposite - CSTAT is a “build it for you” form software platform.
Our process is simple. CSTAT discusses your current data collection process with you and then assists you with determining what would work best for your company. Once we have established an outline of your requirements, CSTAT builds your mobile form and output. We understand the process and value of collecting field data and having an efficient way to export the data into a form, report, or dashboard.
In addition to creating customized mobile data collection forms for clients, CSTAT produces industry-wide use forms which are immediately ready for your use (designed forms). The slideshow to the right is an example of a mobile template created by CSTAT.
Even our designed forms can be customized to a company’s requirement. CSTAT understands that data collection and output need to be customized to each company - one size does not fit all.

Why does CSTAT create the forms?
CSTAT calls what we create mobile forms or templates. However, you may call them a form, checklist, data collection form, or something else. We are all talking about something that is completed on a smart phone or tablet.
Our current platform was to be a “build your own” until we asked prospective users if they would rather have CSTAT create their forms and outputs or create the forms and output themselves. We learned that many companies do not have the time, resources, or interest in having to build their own forms.
Since we are technical people with backgrounds in field inspections, we hired programmers to create software where we could create mobile forms and outputs without the need for additional programming for each new client. This allowed us to manage the form building process while providing the mobile forms at little or no cost. We felt this was important since much of the “build your own” software charges a high fee to create the forms for their clients if they are unable to build themselves.
The following examples are a small sampling of the mobile templates we have created. We can create mobile templates (or forms) for any industry - just let us know what you want created!
